They're like square seaside wheelchair condoms.

what are they expecting. an errant raincloud,on that lonvely sunny ay, that is going to dump on them there?
I lived in Florida for a few years and you see these things everywhere. There are dealerships on almost all major intersections.
Al, what's their purpose exactly? To keep out the wind, the sun, the rain? I don't get it.
